High Definition Fitness is a boutique fitness studio in the inner south of the ACT. We specialize in training women, coaching and educating. Our ethos is to celebrate women in the gym, making you feel your most confident, strong and comfortable whilst in our care.

    Your one stop shop. Here to coach you through overall strength, accessory, and compound exercises highlighting technique.

  • SWEAT SQUAD

    Here to satisfy all your sweaty needs. Each week with a new cardio structure. You’ll see circuit work, EMOM, teamwork, AMRAPS to name a few. It’s a hot girl summer thing!

  • THE PEACH CLUB

    Targeting all lower body patterns, each week learning new skills with an emphasis on accessory and compound exercises.

  • BURN BABES

    All things arms and abs. Targeting your upper body and core we will hit everything from the waist up. Let's burn and firm babes!

  • HD YOGA

    HD Yoga is a dynamic yet soulful vinyasa flow based yoga practice. This mid week reset aims to compliment your HD training regime. With a focus on building physical and mental flexibility, stability and strength. Suitable for everyone including pre and postal mums and those rehabilitating from injury.

  • HD MAT PILATES

    HD pilates is designed to build core stability and strength. With a focus on body awareness and stamina, in the aim to enhance graceful and sustainable movement. Mat pilates is a low impact yet challenging workout, accessible for all.

  • HD BARRE

    HD barre is a fierce total body workout utilising isometric movements and heart pumping cardio bursts. Combining the best of Pilates, Yoga, HIIT and strength training. HD barre is low impact, beginner friendly & accessible for all ages.

  • BOSS GIRL BOXING

    Box with your besties! If you need to mix up your cardio HD boxing is the perfect addition to your weekly schedule. During the class you will learn how to hold the pads for your GF and then take your shot with the gloves on.
